Gear Up for Fall

|-Introduction-|

Today was a big day for the Stoughton Stronghold. Up until now, we had to store our extra plates, dumbbells, and kettlebells on the floor. Now, we have a durable multi-purpose rack to safely store everything on.

Not only was it a tripping hazard to store our plates and barbells on the floor, but it was a sight for sore eyes as well. With our newest rack, we can safely and efficiently store up to 600 lbs of weights, including rods for both olympic and non-olympic style plates. With this newfound floorspace and additional capacity for weight storage, here is a non-exhaustive list of new exercises that can be perforemed:

  • Shoulder press
  • Hammer curl
  • Concentration curl
  • Tricep kickback
  • Front raises
  • Side raises
  • Shoulder shrug
  • Dumbbell pullover
  • Chest press
  • Chest fly
  • Single arm row
  • Incline row
  • Goblet squat
  • Reverse lunge
  • Side lunge

|-Conclusion-|

Previously, the gym floor space was very overcrowded with loose weights, and the good vibes could only cover a small percentage of our total area. But now with our new organization strategy, we have room for significantly more good vibes than ever before.
